O2 Service of complete regulator set (excl. spare parts)

Steps

1. Disassembly
The entire regulator set is completely disassembled, both to be able to clean, inspect and install service kits

2. Ultrasonic cleaning
All metal parts are deep cleaned in a special ultrasonic vessel

3. Wash
All plastic parts are washed to remove dirt and grease. With O2 service, the parts are cleaned extra thoroughly to remove all old silicone, grease etc. to avoid a reaction at higher O2 content.

4. Installation of service kit
Service kits are installed for each first stage and second stage

Service kits vary slightly in price, depending on brand and model. But expect approx. DKK 500 in total for the 3 service kits for the regulator service.

5. Manometer service (optional service)
The manometer is disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned and cleaned. The O-rings on the swivel are replaced

6. Assembly
All parts are assembled carefully and all o-rings and threads are lubricated with O2 grease

7. Test and adjustment
After assembly, the regulator set is tested on our test bench to make sure everything is as it should be. To get the best performance of the regulator set, adjust the intermediate pressure on the first stage as well as the breathing resistance on the second stages. We measure and read the values ​​and note them on the service note.
