Refund Guide
It is easy to make a refund with Ocean Dive. You must do the following.
- Go to your account (here)
- Find the field with “my orders”
- Then go to “details” for the exact order where you want to return one or more products.
- Go further down the page and find the “Return and Refund” section and follow the instructions:
- 1) Please always add a comment that makes it easy for us to understand how we can help you. Do you want to exchange the product for another size or color or make a refund?!
- 2) Tick the product you want to return
- 3) Choose how many units or sizes you want to return if there are more.
- 4) Then submit the form
When you return the item
You are welcome to send the package to us at either DAO or GLS package shop,
GLS - select GLS Pakkeshop Finsensvej 8A
DAO - select Mm Spil Finsensvej 37A
If you fall under our return policy with free returns, you can send us an email and ask for a return label, which we will send to your email as soon as possible.
Please also attach the order form that we put in your package when we sent it. It is a great help in identifying you and your order.
Your money will be returned to your account, so you must either fill in the account number in our form or call us if you are more comfortable with it. There is a processing time of between 3-14 days depending on the season.
