At the tip of the Reersø strait northwest of Slagelse you will find Reersø Reef, which is a beautiful stone reef with a lot to offer. The stone reef also goes down a little along the sides, and if you have enough time you can let yourself be carried by the current onto the large reef. Diving at Reersø is diving for everyone, both scuba and snorkel diving. Along the sides of the shoal, the depth is around two to four metres, and out on the reef the depth becomes slightly greater. The bottom consists of sand and stones of many different sizes and shapes, which are overgrown with seaweed. Reersø is a good place for many types of diving, for example night diving, underwater hunting, underwater photography or just a nice beach dive.
