If it's been a while since you last went in the water, a refresher is the right place to start. Take it at home in relaxed conditions and be ready for your next diving holiday :-) 

Of course, we also run refreshers at tech level, so contact us for a chat and offer about your options...

DATES: As a starting point, we do refreshments in connection with our four evening dives, which are every Tuesday and Thursday. - If the dates do not fit your calendar, please contact us for an individual agreement. 

Program:
You get a review of the most important principles in theory by one of our skilled instructors and then the trip goes to the diving site, where we do some of the most important exercises and work on your balancing.

Minimum requirements:
Open water divers from recognized organization.

The price includes rental of complete equipment and participation in the diving trip.

The course most often runs in connection with our four evening dives.
