TDI's course in Helitrox prepares you to perform planned stepwise decompression diving with a light helium mix (max 20%) as bottom gas. With a maximum depth of 45m/150ft, this course is your first step beyond the limits of standard sport diving. You can take this course if you already dive with a double kit and just want to take the peak of nitrogen anesthesia on a dive for approx. 40 mtrs. Or if you want to progress to trimix and advanced trimix diving, then the course is your way in the right direction.

Topics include:

• Equipment Configuration
• Equipment requirements
• Techniques for decompression diving
• Different breathing gases for use in decompression
• Correct handling of gas quantity
• Correct solution of any problems

Entry requirements
Nitrox diver with at least 25 dives

Programme
1 evening theory - Meeting time 17.45 - 22.00
2 days diving - Meeting time 09.00 - 17.00
