On Advanced Nitrox we review the pros, cons and proper procedures for using nitrox from 21% to 100% O2 to a max. depth of 40 mtrs. The course can be taken alone if you wish in combination with a course in fully enclosed rebreathers (CCR), but in Ocean Dive we generally recommend that you take the course in combination with especially Helitrox or Decompression Procedures.
There is also the possibility of combining it with a course in Fully Closed Rebreathers, (CCR), where advanced nitrox is usually a prerequisite.
We review, among other things,
- Equipment requirements
- Diving planning
- Measuring your oxygen accumulation
- Different methods of blending nitrox
Entry requirements
Nitrox diver with at least 25 dives
Programme
1 evening theory - Meeting time 17.45 - 22.00
2 days diving - Meeting time 09.00 - 17.00
