Give a gift card

If you are in doubt about how much or what equipment the happy recipient of the gift card has, you can give this virtual gift card to your advantage.

You can use the gift card to pay for or buy virtually all products/courses on our website. When you make a purchase, you can use the gift card to pay for it. If the purchase is less than the amount of the gift card, the remaining amount is automatically added to the gift card. If the purchase is greater than the amount of the gift card, you simply pay the remaining amount in connection with the end of the purchase.

NOTE: Although it is a virtual gift card, you can of course redeem it both in connection with purchases on the website and in the store.

Please note the following conditions for gift cards
When you buy a gift card, a unique code is automatically generated, which you must enter in connection with the payment phase itself, after which the amount is deducted from your total purchase. Unless the price of your goods corresponds exactly to the amount on your gift card, you will either have money credited to the gift card or a balance that you must/can pay with your credit card. The system automatically calculates this.

Misuse of gift cards, lost gift cards, coverage & liability.

• If the amount on the gift card is less than/up to a total of NOK 3,000, you yourself are liable for any misuse.
• If you lose the gift card, contact us as soon as possible, as we have the information in the system and can help prevent misuse.
• If the value can exceed DKK 3,000, or if there is an option for automatic recharging, the provider is generally liable in the event of misuse by someone else. Only in situations mentioned in Section 62 of the Norwegian Payments Act, the user is liable for misuse.

Special right of return for gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date they are issued. This deadline does NOT apply if the gift card has been purchased for a trip, trip, course or other event, where it is clearly stated on which day or during which period this is carried out and thereby the date of expiry of the same.

There is a general right of withdrawal of 14 days on the gift card, unless the date of the event's execution occurs before the 14 days have passed.

Gift cards can be used in whole or in part in connection with purchases on the website or in the store. If the amount of the invoice exceeds the value of your gift card, you simply pay any difference via one of the other payment options. If the value of your gift card exceeds the total amount on the invoice, you have money available on the gift card for further purchases.

You can have any remaining amount on the gift card paid out in cash by contacting the store no later than 1 year from the end of the gift card.
