Dry suits and accessories

If you want to be dry and warm when you come out of the water after diving for a long time, a dry suit is the perfect choice for you instead of the classic wet suit. Drysuits keep the body warm by keeping water out, and there are some really cool models to choose from in the range below for both ladies and men. Of course, we also have all the delicious accessories for dry suits, such as dry gloves, Apeks and Sitech valves for dry suits, argon sets for diving, inner gloves for dry gloves, pee valves / pee valve for both men and women and a lot of different neck cuffs and wrist cuffs, glue and the like.

If you are in doubt about when to use a dry suit, the difference between a dry suit and a wet suit in short is that one insulates by keeping the water out (the dry suit) and the other insulates by keeping the water in tightly on your body (the wetsuit). When your body is in contact with the water in the wetsuit, you have a greater heat loss when you dive, divers and people are different, so how well you can "tolerate" this extra cooling varies, but as a rule of thumb is dry suit a good solution when the water reaches below 15 degrees. If you are considering becoming an active diver in Denmark and Scandinavia, we would almost go as far as to say that a dry suit is a must-have because it provides comfort underwater but also when you are on land between dives.
