It is easy to return products to Ocean Dive. Please read and follow this short guide.
- Go to your account (here)
- Find the form with “your orders”
- Please go to the “details” of the exact order of which you have one or more products that you wish to return.
- Scroll down and find the “Return and Refund” section and follow the instructions closely:
- 1)Please add a comment that makes it easy for us to understand how we can help you, ie do you want to exchange the product to another colour or size or make a refund.
- 2) Mark the checkbox of the product that you wish to return
- 3) Please choose how many units / sizes that you wish to return in case there are more than one on the order.
- 4) Send the form in
When you return a product
You are welcome to return your parcel to us to a parcelshop with either DAO or GLS,
GLS - choose GLS Pakkeshop Finsensvej 8A
DAO - choose Mm Spil Finsensvej 37A
If your order value has given you free return shipping, please send us an email and enquire for a return lable, which we will send to your email as quickly as possible.
Please also return the note that we included in your shipment, when we sent it to you, this is a great help in identifying you and your parcel.
Returning your money is to your bank account, så please submit your bank account number when submitting your return request, if you feel more safe calling the number in, you are welcome to do so as well. Processing time for your return is between 3-14 days depending on the season.
